Kvinderegensen is a student housing facility associated with the University of Copenhagen and located close to the Southern Campus.
In order to apply for housing at Kvinderegensen one must be a student at the University of Copenhagen. As an applicant, you must have passed at least one exam at the University of Copenhagen during the previous year. In case you have just begun studying at the university, you can attach your Letter of Admission to the application form.
Because of the atmosphere and comradeship among the residents Kvinderegensen is a popular housing facility in Copenhagen. Therefore, applicants get a place on a waiting list and are offered housing based on seniority. Usually, one must wait one or two years from the date of application until a room is offered.
Because of the long waiting list, international and exchange students are rarely offered acommodation.
Subletting of rooms is administered by the individual residents.
